FORNEY, Texas, via inForney.com — According to Mathew Richards of inForney.com, one person was airlifted to a Dallas-area hospital early Thursday morning after a major crash on Farm-to-Market (FM) 2932.
The accident occurred just after midnight. The Forney Fire Department, Kaufman County Sheriff’s Office, CareFlite, and the Texas Department of Public Safety dispatched to the 10000 block of FM 2932 for a single-vehicle crash involving a Corvette. Firefighters reported that upon arrival one person was trapped in the vehicle and the Firefighters requested a CareFlite medical helicopter to transport the injured person. Additional fire department resources were dispatched to the scene to assist with a landing zone.
After extrication, one person was transported to Parkland Memorial Hospital in Dallas, Texas, in unknown condition. Another person was transported by ground ambulance to Baylor, Scott & White hospital in Sunnyvale. This is a developing story. Click Here.
